1. What this covers
This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use warriorawarenesscoaching.com, submit a form, email us, or work with us as a client or workshop participant.
2. What we collect
You give us
- name, email, phone
- whatever you write in a form or email
- billing details if you pay us (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us as full card numbers)
- session notes we keep to do the work
The site may collect
- IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URL
- cookies or similar tools if analytics are on
We do not ask children to use this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. Why we use it
- to answer you and decide if coaching is a fit
- to deliver coaching, workshops, and follow-up
- to bill and keep records
- to improve the site
- to meet legal and accounting duties
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Session content
What you say in coaching is used only to do the work, with the limits described in our Terms. Group participants will hear what you share in that room.
5. Who else may see it
- Service providers who host the site, email, forms, scheduling, or payments (for example a host, form tool, or Stripe / PayPal). They may process data only to serve us.
- Co-facilitators named on your engagement.
- The law, if we are required to disclose.
If the site uses Google Analytics or similar, that provider may process usage data under its own policy.
6. Cookies
The site may use essential cookies to function and optional analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser. The site may not work as well.
7. How long we keep it
- inquiries: long enough to answer and for a reasonable follow-up
- client records: for the engagement and then for the period our accountant or the law requires
- web logs: for a short operational period
When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it where we can.
8. Storage and location
The site and some tools may be hosted outside your province or country. If you are in Canada, that can include storage in the United States. We use providers we believe are appropriate for a small professional practice. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
9. Your choices
You may ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it, subject to records we must keep
- withdraw consent for optional email

If you are in a place with additional rights (including some Canadian provinces, the EEA, or the UK), we will honor those rights as the law requires.
